Bandits unleash terror in Southern Kaduna in early morning raid: Eight dead, 20 injured

In a brutal early morning raid on Sunday, armed bandits stormed Wake village in Kachia Local Government Area, Kaduna State, leaving a trail of devastation.

The attack claimed eight lives and left at least 20 others wounded, with several victims in critical condition.

The assailants, whose identities remain unknown, also abducted an unspecified number of residents during the assault, plunging the community into fear and grief.

As of now, Wake village is grappling with the aftermath, organising burials for the deceased and scrambling to provide medical care for the injured.

The Kaduna State Police Command has yet to release an official statement on the incident, leaving residents anxious for answers and action.
