20 passengers allegedly kidnapped along Calabar-Akwa Ibom Waterways,

No fewer than 20 passengers have been reportedly kidnapped along the Calabar-Akwa Ibom water way.

The travellers who boarded the “Heavenly Grace” boat were said to have been intercepted and abducted by kidnappers while on their way from Calabar to Akwa Ibom State.

According to a source who pleaded anonymous, one of the victims, Mr. Odey Idika’s family have been reached by the kidnappers demanding N100m ransom.

The source disclosed that the commander of anti-cultism when reached, advised the victim’s family to lodge a formal complaint with the police.
