According to him, “When I assumed office as Rector, I called the students to renounce membership of secret cults so that they could be forgiven.

“I told them that whoever that is caught would face the consequences, hence lots of them renounced their membership of cult groups.

“The staff of the institution, including myself and management staff, swore an affidavit of not belonging to a cult group.

“This can be attested to if you check the numbers of students expelled between 2022 till date.

“So far, we have expelled over 58 students with cult related issues between 2022 till date and we are still doing it and not relenting.
