Police spokesman, Adejobi, speaks on officers captured counting money in van

The Nigerian Police Force Public Relations Officer FPRO, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, has taken to social media to react after some Nigerian police officers who were captured on video, counting money in their patrol van were arrested.

According to the video shared on X, the Nigerian Police officers were spotted in their patrol van counting bundle of cash allegedly gotten from extorting motorist.

Sharing photo of the officers counting money in their patrol van, a Twitter user wrote: “Can someone tell me what’s going on here please?”

This tweet from the man has attracted reactions from Nigerians, one of which was from the Delta State Police Command Public Relations Officer PRO, Bright Edafe, who confirmed the arrest of the police officers.

Bright Edafe tweeted: “The policemen in the embarrassing video have been identified and arrested…”
