Senate confirms Idahagbon as FCSC commissioner

The Senate has confirmed Barrister Henry Idahagbon as a Commissioner of the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC).

A former Edo South senator, Ehigie Uzamere, said the confirmation marked a significant victory for justice, unity, and the Benin people.

Senator Ned Imasuen’s intervention reportedly played a crucial role in correcting an earlier erroneous impression and ensuring that the confirmation process was fair and transparent.

According to Uzamere “The confirmation of Barrister Idahagbon is also a demonstration of the unity and solidarity among the Senators from Edo South Senatorial District.”

The collective support of Senators Roland Owie, Daisy Danjuma, Matthew Urhoghide, and Ehigie Uzamere was instrumental in securing the confirmation.
